Still not connected?

Double-check your Wi-Fi connection

If you’ve completed the steps above but still do not have a connection, make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi. SIM installation must be completed over a Wi-Fi connection. Once setup is complete, you can turn off Wi-Fi and use your RedPocket service normally.

Confirm your phone's compatible

Please make sure your phone is GSM-unlocked. This means the device is not restricted to a single wireless carrier and can be used with any carrier. If you’re unsure, contact the manufacturer or retailer where the phone was purchased and ask about its lock status.

Most phones are compatible with physical SIM cards. However, eSIM compatibility is limited to newer devices. Below is a general (not exhaustive) list of compatible models:

  • Apple: iPhone 11 and newer

  • Motorola: Razr 2020 (5G) and newer

  • Samsung: Galaxy S20 and newer

  • Google: Pixel 3 and newer

Do you have an available eSIM slot?

On most devices, you can use up to two lines—one physical SIM and one eSIM. iPhones are currently the only devices that can store up to 20 eSIM profiles. Please ensure you have an available, unused eSIM slot before continuing.

Note: Even on iPhones, only two lines can be active at the same time.
