If you notice that your caller ID is showing incorrect information, we recommend that you disable caller ID entirely. The following steps will allow you to disable caller ID, depending on your network provider.
On Android
- Tap on your phone's Settings.
- Tap on "Phone".
This may also be called "Calling Settings" or something similar, depending on your device type. - Tap on Caller ID to toggle it from ON to OFF.
If these settings are grey and you are unable to tap on them, unfortunately, this means you are unable to turn caller ID off. These settings are determined by the network you are using.
On iPhone
Step 1: Tap on your phone's Settings.
Step 2: Tap on "Phone"
Step 3: Toggle the "Caller ID" setting from ON to OFF.
