Which iPhones are included in this sale?

All iPhones from redpocket.com/shop are included. Offers vary depending on the service plan, network, and lock status selected.

 

How do I get the plan credit discount?

  1. Visit redpocket.com/shop
  2. Select your iPhone device. 
  3. Choose an unlimited service plan. Total credit discount varies depending on the plan selected. You must select a new line of service to qualify. All networks are included. 
  4. When your phone arrives in the mail, you'll also receive an email with your confirmation code
  5. Enter the code at redpocket.com/activate
    Note that all iPhone orders with a GSMA plan will come with an eSIM. Your eSIM will be provided during activation. 
    iPhone orders with a CDMA or GSMT plan will arrive with a physical SIM card that must be inserted into the phone. 
  6. Setup your new iPhone!

How to get the rebate offer?

  1. Visit redpocket.com/shop
  2. Select your iPhone device. 
  3. New customers: choose an unlimited service plan. Select the GSMA network to qualify for the rebate. 
    Existing customers: click on the Existing Customer tab and log into your account. Select an unlimited monthly GSMA calling plan to qualify for the rebate offer. If none of your lines qualify, choose to change the plan for one of your lines to a qualifying line, during this iPhone order process. 
    If you choose to change the plan for one of your lines, you will incur a charge for the new plan along with the charge for your new iPhone at checkout. Your phone number and other account details will remain the same. Read more about the existing customer order experience in this section of the article. 
  4. When your phone arrives in the mail, you'll also receive an email with your confirmation code
    New customers: Enter the code at redpocket.com/activate to receive your eSIM
    Existing customers: You can choose to keep your existing physical SIM or you may use the confirmation code that is sent to you to swap your line to eSIM.

How can an existing customer take advantage of this offer?

Red Pocket Mobile is happy to offer the $200 rebate to existing customers who purchase a new iPhone, to use with their existing, qualifying GSMA line. If you have a line with another network (GSMT or CDMA) unfortunately, you would not be eligible for this offer. You will have to purchase and active a new line of service with your iPhone order to take advantage of this offer. 

If you have a GSMA line and a monthly plan, but not a qualifying plan, you'll have the option to upgrade your plan when you place your order.

Step 1: Simply choose the iPhone you're interested in, then select "EXISTING DEVICE".

Step 2: Login to your existing account and choose your GSMA line.

Step 3: Click on UPGRADE PLAN to switch your existing GSMA line from a non-qualifying plan to a qualifying plan, and then, you may proceed with your order.  

Please note that previous months of service on an existing line will not apply toward the 3 months of service rebate requirement. 

GSMA lines with annual plans or family plans cannot be upgraded to fit the offer requirements during your order. You will have to purchase and active a new line of service with your iPhone order to take advantage of this offer.
