If you have recently purchased a SIM card or activated your Red Pocket Mobile service at RedPocket.com, then you are most likely enrolled in the convenience of auto-pay. You can manage your auto-payment subscription in your account by scrolling down to the Subscriptions section.
How to make a one-time payment
Check your Renewal Date to see when your plan expires. Refill your account to avoid service interruption.
If your line or phone number has not yet been added to your account, first select Add New Line. Need help? Click here to learn more.
To make a payment, log into redpocket.com/my-lines and click on the line you'd like to refill. Click UPGRADE NOW, and select a plan. Enter your payment details and checkout.
Whenever your Renewal Date arrives, you will be charged for the price of this plan.
