Sprint LTE Models

Most Sprint LTE Models are approved for Red Pocket CDMA-S Activation using BYOSD that are clean ESNs that are not currently Active on a Sprint Related Carrier.  Below are the types of Models that are approved for CDMA-S Activation:

BYOSD-LTE Android Models

Sprint LTE Android Models are approved for Red Pocket BYOSD.  With the few exceptions for non-Approved Devices, the following LTE Android Models are approved:

  • Apple iPhone 5
  • Google Nexus 5
  • HTC Evo LTE
  • HTC One
  • LG Mach
  • LG Optimus G
  • LG Viper
  • Motorola Photon Q
  • Samsung Galaxy Nexus
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 2
  • Samsung Galaxy S3
  • Samsung Galaxy S4
  • Samsung Galaxy Victory
  • ZTE Flash
  • ZTE Vital

Types of Sprint LTE Devices

Sprint LTE Devices are different to activate based on the type of SIM Card compatible with the Device Model.  Each Sprint LTE Model is one of the following:

  • Embedded SIM-  The original Sprint LTE Models have embedded SIM (ICC ID).  This means the SIM Card is non-removable and is part of the Device.  
  • Removable SIM- The newer Sprint LTE Models have a removable SIM Card (ICC ID).  This means the SIM Card is removable and is required for both Device Activation and for LTE Service.  Please do not remove the SIM Card from Device.  You may not be able to activate your device on Red Pocket CDMA-S if you are missing the original Sprint SIM Card that came with the Device
