How can I change my payment method?

Payment can be deducted automatically, with auto-pay, or submitted manually at the end of your billing cycle. Change your payment method and manage auto-pay settings at any time.

 

How are payments processed?

Your line is enrolled in auto-pay automatically after activation. You can disable and enable auto-pay at any time. With auto-pay, payments are processed automatically, 2 days before your line's renewal date. Log in at redpocket.com/my-lines to see when you can expect a charge. 

 

Without auto-pay, your line will enter into an "Airtime Expired" status, and your service will be suspended, until a payment is submitted. Click here to learn more about how to submit a payment. 

 

What payment methods does Red Pocket Mobile accept?

Red Pocket Mobile accepts Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard, and American Express. 

You may also purchase refill pins to pay for your service plan. Refill PINs can be found in select retail stores (like Walmart) and online retailers (like eBay). Once a refill PIN has been purchased, log in to your online account at redpocket.com/my-lines, click on your line, and scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the refill PIN field. Enter your PIN code to renew your service plan. 

 

How to change your payment method

If auto-pay is disabled, your payments are submitted manually. You can submit a payment using the payment method of your choice.

If auto-pay is enabled, the credit card or debit card you used to order your Red Pocket mobile SIM card will be the default method of payment used to refill your account. To change the default payment method, log in to your online account at redpocket.com/my-lines, click on your line and then click on the Payment section. 

Use the "Change Payment Method" button to update your default payment method. 

 

How to turn Auto-Pay off

To turn auto-pay off, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION instead. This button will cancel the recurring subscription and force your account into an expired or suspended status when your billing cycle ends. You'll have to submit payment manually to continue service.
