How can I check my account balances?
Easily track your total, used, and remaining balances for minutes, text messages, high-speed data, international calling credit, and roaming (minutes, texts, data, and credit) online.
You can also text "Balance" to to get a quick update on your remaining high-speed data balance.
Text Bal or Balances
Text Balance to get your remaining high-speed data balances. The number you text depends on your network:
- On GSMA - text Bal or Balance to 3888.
- On GSMT -
- If plan activated prior to November 2025, text Bal or Balance to 7069.
- If plan activated (or changed) after November 2025, text Bal or Balance to 1119.
- On CDMA - There are no short codes for checking balances on the CDMA network. Please check balances in your online account or in the mobile app.
The reply you receive will include your line's remaining minutes, text messages, high-speed local data, and hotspot data (on eligible plans). Hotspot data is available only on Premium and legacy Elite plans.
Check your balances online
- Login in at redpocket.com/my-lines.
- Click on your line.
- See your local balances, international calling credit, hotspot data, and Apple Watch data under the Remaining Balances section.
Note: Hotspot is only on select plans. Apple Watch is only available on GSMA. - Click the Abroad tab to see roaming balances and roaming credit.
Note: Roaming is only available on the GSMA network.
Check your balances in the mobile app
Download and login to the mobile application, available on Android (7.0+) and iOS (15.5+) devices. Select your line from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
- See your local balances and hotspot data under the My Usage section.
Note: Hotspot is only on select plans. - Scroll down to My Watch to see your Apple Watch data balance.
Note: Apple Watch is only available on GSMA. - Tap Global to see your line's roaming balances.
