How can I check my account balances?

Checking your account balance online is easy.

If you have an online account:
  • Sign in at https://www.redpocket.com/my-lines.
  • Click on the line you’d like to review.
  • After the page loads, you’ll see your current balance details for that line, including talk, text, data, and — if applicable — hotspot data.*
You can also check your balance by texting Balance to the number below, based on your network:
  • Text Balance to 3888 (GSMA)
  • Text Balance to 7039 (GSMT)

Your text response will include available talk, text, data, and hotspot balances (for eligible plans).

*Hotspot data is available only on GSMA Premium and Elite plans.
