When will my SIM card arrive?

All Red Pocket SIM cards ship free with tracking (2 - 5 business days). If you need to receive your SIM card sooner, you can choose Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days) or Priority Mail Express (1 - 2 business days).

The Red Pocket SIM card will include an instructional flyer that will walk you through activation. Your prepaid first month of service will start immediately! However, if you are transferring over your phone number, your service won't start until the transfer is complete.
