What is VoLTE?
VoLTE stands for Voice over LTE. VoLTE allows you to make and receive calls using your phone's data, with your existing Red Pocket Mobile phone number. You must have a VoLTE compatible phone.

Does VoLTE use my Red Pocket voice minutes and/or LTE data?
VoLTE will deduct your minutes at the same rate as a regular calling, but will not deduct from your LTE data balance.
How do I know if my phone is compatible to use VoLTE on Red Pocket?
If your phone is capable of VoLTE calling, it will have the setting included.
For android phones, this setting can typically be found under Mobile Networks.
For iPhones, you will see the option under Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options.
There are some limitations depending on the network you're using.
