Due to changes made by Red Pocket Mobile's underlying carrier for the CDMA network, only HD compatible devices will be eligible for new activations after 4/30/2019.
Is this change limited to Red Pocket Mobile?
No. This change effects all MVNOs using the same underlying carrier as the Red Pocket CDMA network.
How do I know if my device is capable of HD voice?
To check if a phone is capable of HD voice, check the settings for the option to enable Advanced Calling or VoLTE.
If the device does not support Advanced Calling/VoLTE, it is likely not HD Compatible on the CDMA network.
What options do I have for my device if it is not HD voice compatible?
LTE compatible devices *may* work on one of Red Pocket's other network options, like the GSMA network, with the insertion and activation of a GSMA SIM.
3G devices will not be eligible for activation with any other network.
Does this change effect Sprint compatible CDMA devices or any other Red Pocket networks?
No! Sprint compatible devices should be activated on the Red Pocket CDMAS network. No other networks are affected by this change.
I am currently active on Red Pocket's CDMA network with a device that is not capable of HD voice. How will this change effect me?
This change has no effect on customers who have activated prior to 4/30/2019

I bought an unlocked Moto E6 recently and I had to manually turn on VOLTE.
Afterwards I had to call red pocket support, because the voice system wouldn't manually set up but the tech support rep on the phone was able to push an update that fixed my not being able to push number 1 to set up my voice mail.
After a day its now working perfectly. Here are the manual setup instructions to enable volte for most moto e models.
Most likely unlocked mote e models 4-6. mine is a 6 but I got this from a moto E 4 example on reddit and it works perfectly.
Here is a link to help anyone with a moto e to get their phone registered onto red pocket..
