How to make your purchase
Make a purchase from redpocketmobile.com/shop. Select your iPhone, and then select your plan. Add your selection to your cart and then enter your information (username, password, email, etc.) to register a Red Pocket Mobile account. Once registered, enter your payment details or sign up for SmartPay financing.
After you have completed your purchase, you will receive your iPhone and a Red Pocket SIM card in the mail. Visit redpocket.com/activate to activate the SIM card by following the steps on the screen.

Yes. To use iMessage and FaceTime, make sure your phone is upgraded to iOS 13.3. To upgrade your phone's operating system, tap on your phone's Settings icon, then tap on General, and finally, Software Update. If an update is available, you will be able to install it by tapping on Download and Install.
Can I bring my phone number?
Yes, you can port in your existing number from any major wireless carrier in the USA. You can even convert your landline or VoIP number (such as Google Voice) to Red Pocket Mobile! Click here to learn more about the porting process.
What network do you use?
iPhones are being sold with SIM cards on the GSMA, GSMT, or CDMA network. Not all devices work with all network options. Select the network you prefer when you order at redpocket.com/shop.

Can I purchase the phone with financing, but pay monthly for service?
Yes! Select SmartPay financing when you place your order at redpocket.com/shop.
Financing is subject to approval. Your credit score is not affected when you apply for financing through SmartPay. If approved, you'll make your monthly payment for your phone and for your service plan through Smartpay directly. Can I use financing if I already bought my iPhone?
If you have already purchased your iPhone using a debit or credit card, you will not be able to retroactively apply for financing. Consider financing for future purchases!
How long does shipping take?
The amount of time it takes to receive your product, once it’s been shipped out, depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout.
How can I check my order status?
After you place an order, and we ship your device, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order history by logging into redpocket.com/my-lines and clicking on History.
