    Phone: Unlocked Samsung A51 5G from T-Mobile on the GSMA network.

       My issues has been on going for the past 3 weeks and it happens between 11pm-7am.  This week it's been every night.

       It is showing I'm connected to Red Pocket, but there's no Internet connection.  On reboots/power cycles, there's a notification stating "Client is processing requests".  I have already tried all that has been mentioned in the post.  I've even reset phone back to factory settings, with no success.

      Since I work over nights, having a data connection is import and required by my employer.  Please update progress and maybe post it on the main page of Red Pocket's site or send out a text msg notifying of outages.

    NOTE:  In the past 6 months there's been a noticeable decline in the quality of Red Pocket's service.  I've had to buy 3 different phones before finally getting one that it "compatible" with your setup.  You've placed me on 3 different carrier networks, and they've all had a major issue at some point.  Please fix or I'll be forced to find another more reliable service.

    Down again today 08202021 till nearly 0800 hours EST.  Tested on 2 different phones using your GSMA network.

    I am facing ..hell lot of issues with RedPocket , its 2 weeks issues don't seem to come under control 

    and not to mention long wait times ..with support team ...Its N/W provider is done for good.

    with LTE -- No Wireless  calls

    with 3G - No Messages 

    No Data working from last 2 weeks

    Worst  Experience by Far

    I've had no data connections since 4pm EST yesterday. It's been 26 hours. Just waiting 4 the Sim from another carrier to arrive

    The recommended steps aren't working for me. I confirmed it is on their end by testing my SIM with another phone. So don't bother resetting your network settings if you have a lot of wifi passwords you'll need to reprogram. It will just make you more frustrated.  My spouses redpocket phone/SIM is working fine, so it is only some of us. If you are a customer reading this, and it didn't work for you, don't bother to keep trying these resets, at least for now. There is obviously a major issue ongoing with AT&T and RedPocket. I'm going to request a details and timeline for when they hope to remedy it, I will post this if they provide anything substantive. Stuff happens, but they need to communicate what happened and if they know how long it may take to fix. My data isn't working, but my texts and voice calls are working.

    UPDATE 1: Still haven't reached customer service.  This issue is only affecting some (okay, a lot of) GSMA customers.  My guess is the underlying issue is AT&T. Someone on Reddit said as of an hour ago RP customer service did something on their end to reset, and they suddenly had data again, but not MMS.  Hoping that is what I can get, its a lot easier to get by without MMS than all data.

    UPDATE 2: I (once again) turned my phone off for 15 minutes, turned it back on.  But this time, data is back!  Maybe they are making progress.  It is worth a try if you have the problem

    hasn't worked since 8/23 9 am. Tried all steps as well. messages works but not multimedia messages like photos. Please provide time table to remedy this.

    update: connected with live chat, after restart it's working

    My phone suddenly got no data connection since yesterday. I have tried all kinds of solutions but never worked. I can make calls and send texts, just no internet. BTW, I feel the internet connection is obviously worse than before since I renewed my annual plan a month ago. Reached out to the customer service but never succeed.

    An update. Contacted with the tech support via the web-based LiveChat. They updated my account, I reboot my phone and then the problem is gone.

    YOU MAY NEED TO RE-UNLOCK YOUR PHONE AND REDO REDPOCKETS APN SETTINGS. 

    If nothing in this article helped you and as a last resort you reset it to factory, or reinstalled the firmware, you probably need to re-unlock the phone from the original carrier, then redo the APN settings (those are somewhere in this help section)

    Then *poof!* Instant data :)

    Any update on timeframe of the resolution of this issue? I've been experiencing this for about 2 months now and its just simply unacceptable.
