Customers who were active before 10/10/2021 will receive 60 days of FREE bonus data. All other customers on a qualifying plan will receive 30 days of FREE bonus data.
The bonus data will apply on your next plan renewal. Renewals that take place after December 12, 2021 will receive the regularly advertised data amount.
What happens to my bonus data after December 12th?
If you received bonus data on a renewal that took place before December 12th, that data will remain available until your subsequent renewal date.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, if you upgrade your plan after October 13th, 2021 you are still eligible for additional data. You will receive the upgraded amount of extra data for 30 days.
My line qualifies, but I didn't get additional data.
If you have a qualifying GSMA phone line on an eligible plan and you do not see extra data, please note that data will only be applied upon your upcoming renewal. If your plan renewed after October 13th, 2021 and you still have not received your additional data, please contact our customer service representatives by calling 1-712-775-8777, 7 days a week from 5 AM to 9 PM PST.
