In December of 2019 Red Pocket Mobile begin selling iPhones with service plans on a 24-month term. We later included 3, 6, and 12-month options. Now, Red Pocket Mobile offers monthly service plans with new iPhone purchases.
I purchased a 3, 6, 12, 24-month plan
Your service plan will not renew automatically. You'll need to select a monthly calling plan when your renewal date arrives. Your account will go into "Airtime Expired" status when your plan term ends. Select a plan online to continue the service.
Unfortunately, you cannot select another 3, 6, 12, or 24-month plan online. If you're interested in a longer plan term, consider an annual (12 month) plan. Go to redpocket.com/annual to review available annual plan options.
You'll purchase a new 12 month SIM card, pre-loaded with your selected service plan. To apply the plan to an existing phone line, do not activate the SIM card at redpocket.com/activate. Instead, contact our customer service department to have the 12-month plan applied to your existing account.
