What is a confirmation code, how do I find it, and how do I use it?

What is a confirmation code?

Red Pocket Mobile confirmation codes are used to manage and activate your service plan, SIM card number, and other important account details. Enter your confirmation code at redpocket.com/activate to activate your new plan.

Your confirmation code is unique and contains important plan information, keep it safe, and do not share it with anyone!

Your confirmation code is generated by Red Pocket Mobile and used on the Red Pocket Mobile website. It is not the same as your Activation PIN, which is used to activate your eBay Annual Plan. It is not the same as your phone number transfer PIN which is used to transfer your number from one wireless carrier to another.  

When will I receive a confirmation code?

• You can expect to receive a confirmation code after your order for a service plan, including monthly, annual, data only, and family plans has shipped.
• You can expect to receive an order number after you purchase a phone with a calling plan, from redpocket.com/shop. A confirmation code will be generated for your service plan once your order has shipped. 
• You can expect to receive a confirmation code when you purchase a plan after validating your SIM on our activation page.

You will not receive a confirmation code for the following orders: 

• When you purchase a device without a plan. For example, if you purchase an iPhone or Android phone using the "Buy Now Unlocked" feature.
• When you purchase an accessory, like Apple AirPods.
• When you purchase a plan from eBay. 

How do I find my confirmation code?

Your confirmation code will be displayed on the confirmation webpage after you place your order, however, you'll also receive your confirmation code by email after your order is submitted.

What does my confirmation code do?

Activate your new Red Pocket Mobile plan, enter your confirmation code at redpocket.com/activate. 

How can I retrieve my code if I have lost it?
