How Do I Track My Order?

There are three different ways to track the status of your order and keep an eye on your delivery.

You can check your email for the tracking number sent to you, click on the Order Status page in the top banner of the Red Pocket Mobile website, or log in to your account and go to your Order History.

1. Visit the Order Status Page

Visit redpocket.com/shop/order-status or click the CHECK ORDER STATUS button in the top banner of the Red Pocket Mobile website.

On the Check Order Status Page, enter your order number (sent to you by email) and the email address used when placing your order. 

2. Login to Your Online Account

Track your Red Pocket Mobile order, depending on the shipping method you've selected, from within your account. Login at redpocket.com/login and then click on History > Payment History

Click through the list of entries until you locate your order. 

Click the tracking number to the right of your order entry. 

Do not attempt to copy and paste the number that appears here. Red Pocket Mobile uses a proprietary tracking system to monitor the status of your shipment and delivery. This number will not translate to a USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number. 

Is a Tracking Number Provided?

When your Red Pocket Mobile order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking details based on the method selected and the product ordered. 

Product Shipping Option How to track
SIM Cards FREE Shipping Click the link in your shipping email. 
SIM Cards Priority / International mail Click the link in your shipping email or enter your tracking number into the USPS website. 
Phones and Hotspots FREE Shipping  Click the link in your shipping email or enter your tracking number into the FedEx website. 
Phones and Hotspots Priority or International mail Click the link in your shipping email or enter your tracking number into the FedEx website.
