How Do I Track My Order?

Check your email, the Order Status page, or your Order History in your account for your tracking number.

 
Visit the Order Status Page

Visit redpocket.com/shop/order-status or click Check Order Status at the top of redpocket.com. Enter your order number found in your "Welcome to RedPocket Mobile!" email and the email address you used to place your order. 

 
Login to Your Online Account

Track your RedPocket Mobile order from your account. 

  1. Login to redpocket.com/my-lines.

  2. Go to History.

  3. Go toPayment History.

  4. Locate your order and click the tracking number to view the shipping status.

For free standard shipping on SIM card orders, please do not attempt to copy and paste the number that appears here. RedPocket Mobile uses a proprietary tracking system to monitor the status of your shipment and delivery. This number will not translate to a USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number. Please click the link instead. 

 
Is a Tracking Number Provided?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details depending on your chosen shipping method and product.

Click the link in your shipping email, check your Order History, enter your tracking number on the USPS website, or use the Order Status page. 

Phones and Hotspots FedEx Express or Overnight

Click the link in your shipping email, check your Order History, enter your tracking number on the FedEx website, or use the Order Status page.
