Enter your order number found in your "*Welcome to RedPocket Mobile!"* email and the email address you used to place your order.  ##### **Log in to Your Online Account** Track your RedPocket Mobile order from your account.  1. Log in to [redpocket.com/my-lines](http://redpocket.com/my-lines). 2. Go to **History**. 3. Go to **Payment History**. 4. Locate your order and click the tracking number to view the shipping status. For free standard shipping on SIM card orders, please **do not** attempt to copy and paste the number that appears here. RedPocket Mobile uses a proprietary tracking system to monitor the status of your shipment and delivery. This number will not translate to a USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number.
