Can I check my voicemail from another phone?

If you are using our GSMT service, this option is not available at this time. On the GSMA and CDMA networks, you are able to check your voicemail from another phone using the simple instructions below.

On the GSMA network

1. Dial your Red Pocket number from another phone.
2. Once you hear the voicemail greeting, press *.
3. Enter your voicemail password and follow the prompts to review your voicemails.

On the CDMA network

1. Dial your Red Pocket number from another phone.
2. Once you hear the voicemail greeting, press #.
3. Enter your voicemail password and follow the prompts to review your voicemails.
