How Do I Change My Plan?

Here are the steps to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Upgrading or downgrading a redpocket.com plan

Making changes to your plan is easy. If you have a monthly plan or an annual plan purchased directly from redpocket.com, you can log in to manage and update your plan as needed.

Step 1: Log in at redpocket.com/login. 

Step 2: Select your line. 

Step 3: Click on Plans. 

Step 4: Choose a plan to switch to. 

Step 5: Choose when you'd like to change your plan -- now or in the future. 

It can take up to 10 minutes for the changes you've made to take effect.  

If you switch your plan immediately, you’ll be charged, your new plan will start right away, and any unused minutes, texts, or data from your current plan will be lost.
If you schedule your plan change for later, you’ll be charged, but your new plan will start on your next renewal date. Your current balances stay the same until then.

 

Note: If you switch your plan immediately, your billing renewal date will reset. The new renewal date will be 30 days from the day you make the change.
 

Renewing a redpocket.com plan

If you’re not looking to change your current plan but need to renew it—whether due to a missed auto-pay payment or because you’ve chosen to renew your service manually each month—you can complete your renewal online. These steps only apply if you've purchased and activated a monthly or annual plan from redpocket.com. 

Step 1: Log in at redpocket.com/login. 

Step 2: Select your line. 

Step 3: Underneath the My Plan section, click on Manage Plan.

Step 4: In the popup that appears, select Pay My Bill. 

Step 5: Click Pay Now and Save. 

Step 6: Complete checkout for your plan.

It can take up to 10 minutes for the changes you've made to take effect.  

 

Upgrading or downgrading an eBay plan

Looking to move from your eBay plan to a redpocket.com monthly or annual plan? You can easily switch by logging in online and selecting your preferred redpocket.com plan. 

Step 1: Log in at redpocket.com/login. 

Step 2: Select your line. 

Step 3: Click on Plans. 

Step 4: Choose a plan to switch to. 

Step 5: Choose when you'd like to change your plan -- now or in the future. 

It can take up to 10 minutes for the changes you've made to take effect.

Renewing an eBay annual plan

To renew your current eBay plan or apply a different eBay plan to your line, the process is a little different. Your eBay plan won’t renew automatically. To renew, purchase a new Red Pocket Mobile plan from the eBay store.
Then, login to your RedPocket account and enter the Activation PIN that you received with your eBay order. 

Step 1: Order your plan from the eBay store.

Step 2: Check your email for your Activation PIN.

Step 3: Log in at redpocket.com/login.

Step 4: Select your line. 

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Pin Code field. 

Step 6: Enter your activation PIN into the Pin Code field to apply your eBay plan for another billing cycle. 

It can take up to 10 minutes for the changes you've made to take effect.  


How does changing my plan affect promotional offers

If your plan currently includes a plan credit discount or you’re working toward a rebate, please be aware that making changes to your plan could result in the loss of your promotional offer. This applies to switching networks with CoverageGenius℠, changing the SIM on your account, or moving your line between RedPocket Mobile accounts.
