Our plans have changed

We've recently updated our plans. To see our list of available plans, visit redpocket.com/plans. To understand how these changes affect you, and what to expect, please keep reading. 

 

What happened to the $50 plan?

Red Pocket Mobile now offers 100GBs of high-speed data on our $50 GSMA calling plan! Existing 30 day plan customers will see the new data allotments upon renewal. After 100GBs of high-speed data, data usage will be at slower, 2G speeds. 

The GSMT network will now provide unlimited minutes, unlimited text messages, and unlimited data with 50GBs of high-speed data. After 50GBs of high-speed data, data usage will be at slower, 2G speeds. 

 

What happened to the $10 plan?

Our $10 calling plan provides 500 minutes, 500 text messages, and 500MBs of high-speed data. This plan is available on the GSMA, GSMT, and CDMA networks. 

If you signed up for the $10 Red Pocket Mobile calling plan prior to these changes -- don't worry! Your plan and balances will remain the same for as long as you are enrolled in the plan.

Please note: If you switch from your current $10 plan to another calling plan, the grandfathered $10 plan will no longer be available. 

 

This plan can be used with mobile phone devices only. 

If you are currently on the $50 GSMA or CDMA plan you do not have to make any changes. Your plan will automatically update to reflect the new data allotment at the end of your current monthly plan cycle. Your renewal price will not change.  

 

What happened to the $15 plan?

This plan is discontinued, however, existing customers will not be moved to another plan tier. Instead, you can expect to receive even more high-speed data going forward, each month! If you are on the $15 1000 minutes, Unlimited Texts Messages, 1GB High-Speed data plan, you’ll automatically see 1000 minutes, Unlimited texts messages, and 2GBs of High-Speed data when your plan renews, at the same price of $15/month. 

If you change to another calling plan, the $15 plan will no longer be available. 

 

What happened to the $60 plan?

This plan is discontinued, however, you will not be moved to another plan tier. When your plan renews you can expect to receive the same $60 monthly charge and the same minutes, text messages and data for your plan. 

If you change to another calling plan, the $60 plan will no longer be available. 

 

What about 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months iPhone plans?

If you’re on a multi-month plan, your minutes, text messages, and data allotments will be updated to reflect the new plans. You can expect to see any relevant changes to your available minutes, text messages, and data when your current 30-day plan cycle ends and you go to renew your plan. 

Log in at redpocket.com/my-lines and click on your line. Then, click on PAY and select the plan you’d like to continue using. You can enter payment information at that time. 

 

What about eBay Annual plans?

eBay plans are changing as well. Click here to review the full list of available plans. Renew your eBay plan by purchasing another SIM card from eBay and entering the PIN number when you log in to your account or visit redpocket.com/refill
