Submit a RedPocket Mobile Lifeline application
RedPocket Mobile is a Lifeline provider. Apply online at assist.redpocket.com.
Enable Location Services
Your browser must be able to check your location. This allows us to confirm that you are located in a state where Lifeline is supported. Please enable location services.

Visit assist.redpocket.com.
- When the browser presents you with a pop-up, click Allow.
- With location settings enabled, refresh the webpage and proceed.

If you find that you are still unable to access the website, you can open your Settings to manually enable location settings.
Steps on Mac

Click on the Apple icon in the very top left corner of your computer screen.
- Select System Settings.

- Under Privacy & Security, select Location Services.

Quick Note:If nothing happens after you click System Settings, that means the System Settings pop-up window is already open on your computer somewhere. Look through your desktop for the System Settings pop-up.
- In the list, click the toggle next to your browser to enable Location Services.

Steps on a PC
- Open your browser Settings menu.

- In Privacy, Search, & Settings, click Site Permissions.

- Click All Permissions.
- Select Location.

- If assist.redpocket.com is blocked from viewing your location, click the Trash can icon to remove it from the block list.

- Return to assist.redpocket.com to access the page again, and when the Location permission request appears, click Allow.
Once location services are enabled, proceed with the application.
Submit an Application

Enter your email address and zip code and click Continue.

- Fill out the form and click the Continue button at either the top or the bottom of the page.

- Enter the applicant's address information and click Continue.

- The website will correct your address if needed. Click Proceed.

- Answer any follow up questions by selecting the answers that apply.

- Select the program the applicant participates in

Quick Note:Click here for an overview of qualifying programs and to learn what the eligibility requirements are for each.
- Some selections require additional information. For example, if Medicaid is the qualifying program the applicant participates in, the Medical Subscriber ID is needed. Enter the Medical Subscriber ID and click Submit.

- Complete the human test and then click Continue.

- Next, select a plan and click Continue.

- Select a device type. The SIM card will be delivered to you in the mail after your application is approved. Then click Continue.

- Now you'll need to submit proof of eligibility by uploading documentation that proves you are participating in the previously selected qualifying program. To see what kind of documentation is accepted, click the See acceptable documents button.

- Upload your eligibility document first. Click Choose File.

- Look through your files and click the document.

- Next, upload your additional documents. This can include your ID or any other information relevant to your application, based on the program you selected. Click Choose File.

- Look through your files and click the document.

- If the $1.00 or the $11.00 plan was selected, submit payment. Enter card information, click the checkbox to confirm enrolling in Autopay, and select Yes, I will pay now.

- Review the Penalty of Perjury document thoroughly and click the checkboxes to initial the document and agree to the terms. When you're finished, click the Continue button at the top or the bottom of the page.

- Review the application. The applicant should then sign and click Continue.

- You will receive your enrollment number, and your application will be reviewed. You can receive an update within a few minutes, or it can take a few days if your application needs a more detailed review.
