If you’ve received a referral code from a RedPocket customer, you’re just a few steps away from saving on your new wireless service. Here’s how the Refer-A-Friend program works and how you can use your code at checkout.

What is a Referral Code?

A referral code is shared by an eligible RedPocket customer with an active account. When you use their code to sign up:

• You receive up to $25 off your first purchase, depending on the plan

• They earn up to $25 in account credit once your service qualifies

The discount is applied instantly when you enter the code during checkout.

What Can the Referral Code Be Used For?

Referral codes apply only to new lines. Referral codes are valid on orders for:

• Monthly calling plans

• Annual calling plans

• Phones (receive a $5 discount when purchasing a phone from RedPocket)

How to Use a Referral Code

1. Visit redpocket.com/plans and choose a calling plan that works for you.

2. Proceed to checkout and register for an account.

3. Scroll down to the How did you hear about us? section and select "From a friend" from the menu.

4. Enter the referral code you received. Your discount will be applied automatically!

5. Receive your SIM card in the mail (or your eSIM code by email). 

6. Go to redpocket.com/activate to activate your new line and transfer your number from your old wireless carrier. 

7. Begin using your RedPocket Mobile service!

Important Program Details

• Your plan must renew at least once (30 days after activation) for the referring customer to receive their reward credit

• One referral code may be used per customer

• Referral codes can only be used for new line activations

  Referral codes cannot be used for:

  • Plan renewals or top-ups

  • Tablets or hotspot devices

  • New lines purchased by existing customers
