Changing your phone number
When activating your RedPocket Mobile line, you can transfer your number from another wireless carrier or choose a new number with an area code based on your zip code.
To change your number after activation—whether you originally ported a number in or selected a new one—please contact a customer service representative at redpocket.com/contact-us.
Please note: Transferring a number in from another wireless carrier must be completed at activation. If you have already activated, customer service is unable to port a number into your existing line, they can only assist with assigning a new number based on a zip code.
