How do I set up my RedPocket online account?

You've purchased from redpocket.com

In most cases, your account is already active. When you purchased your RedPocket Mobile product, you registered for an online account. Please log in at redpocket.com/my-lines with the same email address you used to complete your purchase. 

You've purchased from Target, eBay, or another third party

If you activated your SIM card through a third-party website, such as the legacy eBay activation portal, or in-store through a dealer, you can create an online RedPocket Mobile account to view your minutes, text messages, and high-speed data balances, as well as make payments.

1. Visit redpocket.com/my-lines.

2. Click Register.

3. Fill out the form to create an online RedPocket Mobile account.

4. Next, connect your SIM Card to your online account. Click Add A Line.

5. Enter your phone number.
