Are you activating an eSIM or a physical triple-cut SIM card?
Red Pocket Mobile offers two types of SIM cards, a triple-cut SIM card that arrives in the mail after you place your order, and an electronic or eSIM that is delivered to you by email. Visit redpocket.com/plans to learn more about our available service plans. Click here to read more about eSIMs.
Enter your confirmation code
Once you have your new Red Pocket Mobile SIM card, visit redpocket.com/activate. At this time, activation is available online only, for individual, annual plan, and family plan SIM cards.
Already purchased a plan? Enter your confirmation code. Your plan will be recognized automatically. If you do not have a confirmation code, no worries! Enter your SIM card ICCID number instead, to get started.
You'll need to enter your phone's serial number as well. Your SIM card ICCID number will be assigned to your phone's serial number.
Get a new wireless number or transfer over your wireless number
During the activation process, get a new wireless number or transfer over an existing wireless number. You'll need your PIN number and Account ID number from your previous carrier.
If you would like to transfer a wireless phone number in from another carrier you must do so during the activation process. You will not be able to transfer a wireless number over once your SIM card has been activated.
IMPORTANT: It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can cause delays to the transfer. If you've already activated your SIM card but you want to transfer a wireless number in from another carrier, contact us for help.
You can obtain a new wireless number from all over the country -- from Hawaii to New York. When prompted, enter the ZIP code of the region from where you would like your new number, into the Service Zip Code field.
If your desired zip code isn't available, try using a zip code from the closest large city. We normally have the greatest amounts of telephone numbers in the bigger cities.
