Here are the steps to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
How do I change my plan?
Upgrading or downgrading your plan on RedPocket is quick and easy.
- Login at redpocket.com/my-lines.
- Click on your line.
- Click on Plans.
- Scroll down to the Available Plans section.
- Choose a plan and click Buy Now.
- Choose to make the plan change right away, or wait until your billing cycle renews.
Note: If you choose for the plan changes to go into effect immediately, you'll forfeit your remaining minutes, text messages, and data and you will immediate receive the minutes, text messages, and data that belongs to your new plan.
Note: If you choose for the plan changes to go into effect on your next renewal date, you will be billed upfront, at the time of the request, not at the time of the plan change. - Complete the checkout process to submit payment for your new plan.
To review or cancel any scheduled plan charges, visit the Scheduled Plan Changes page.
Click Billing > Scheduled Plan Changes.
Note: If your line is enrolled in Auto-Pay, you will incur a charge for your plan 2 days prior to the renewal date. This helps us to ensure smooth processing of your renewal and prevent interruptions in your service.
