Does your account renew monthly or annually?
If you have a plan that renews on an annual basis (every 12 months), a representative will need to help you change your plan. Contact our customer service representatives by phone, email or LiveChat. Visit redpocket.com/contact-us.
Changing your monthly plan online
Visit redpocket.com/my-lines and login with your Red Pocket Mobile account and password. Click on your line and then click on UPGRADE NOW.
When do you want your plan changes to occur
If you decide to make changes to your Red Pocket Mobile calling plan, you can decide when you'd like those changes to take place. Schedule your renewal changes to occur immediately, or later on in the month on your plan's renewal date. Select the plan you want and then complete the checkout process.
If you choose to renew later
When your Renewal Date arrives, your credit or debit card will automatically be charged for the price of your plan, and your account will be refilled. To review or cancel any scheduled plan charges, click on the Future Plan Change Requests button at the top of your account.
If you choose to renew immediately
One of two scenarios will occur, depending on the plan you select.
1) You will forfeit the minutes, text messages and data provided by your previous plan. You will immediately see your newly selected plan and a new renewal date.
