Does your account renew monthly or annually?
Changing your Red Pocket Mobile plan is easy! If you have a plan that renews on an annual basis (every 12 months), a representative will need to help you change your plan. Contact our customer service representatives by phone, email or LiveChat. Visit redpocket.com/contact-us.
Changing your monthly plan online
Visit redpocket.com/my-lines and login with your Red Pocket Mobile account and password.
Click on your line and then click on UPGRADE NOW.
Select the plan you want and then complete the checkout process.When your Renewal Date arrives, your credit or debit card will automatically be charged for the price of your plan, and your account will be refilled.
If you decide to change your plan before your billing cycle renews, one of the following will occur:
1) Changing to a different plan will cause you to lose the minutes, text message and high speed data that were allotted from your previous plan.
or
2) If you manually refill your account with the same plan that you are already enrolled in, your minutes, texts messages and high speed data will 'stack'. Meaning, you'll have the minutes, text messages and LTE data from your previous plan as well as the minutes, text messages and high speed data that you receive from refilling the account.
