Changing your Red Pocket Mobile plan is easy! If you have a plan that renews on an annual basis (every 12 months), a representative will need to help you change your plan. Contact our customer service representatives by phone, email or LiveChat. Visit redpocket.com/contact-us.
Changing your monthly plan online
Visit redpocket.com/my-lines and login with your Red Pocket Mobile account and password.
Click on your line and then click on UPGRADE NOW.
Select the plan you want and then complete the checkout process. When your Renewal Date arrives, your credit or debit card will automatically be charged for the price of your plan, and your account will be refilled.
If you're on an annual plan and you would like to upgrade after your next monthly cycle, (but before your annual plan cycle expires), please contact email@example.com for assistance.
