To begin setting up your family plan, keep reading!
Order and activate 2 or more SIM cards
Setup your Family Plan
After your lines have been activated, login at redpocket.com/my-lines and click on the red, Manage Family Plan button.
Select the lines you'd like to add to your Family Plan.
If one of your lines has a recurring plan (auto-pay) it cannot be added as a Family Plan line. Turn recurring plans off first.
Select a line to be your Primary Line. This will set your billing cycle renewal date (your recurring payment date) for all lines in the family plan.
Your recurring payment date will be 30 days from the day you setup your family plan.
Next, click Preview My Family Plan and complete payment. Your first Family Plan line -- your Primary Line -- is $30 to start and $30 per month. Any additional lines will be $30 to start and $20 per month.
The Family Plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited text messages and unlimited data (8GBs of LTE data on the GSMA, CDMA and CDMAS network and 2G speeds thereafter. 3GBs of LTE data on the GSMT network and 2G speeds thereafter).
You can manage your family plan from redpocket.com/my-lines. Your family plan lines will be displayed right at the top of your account. Use our customer account management portal at redpocket.com/my-lines to review your payment status, renewal date, or add credit.
