How can I check my account balances?

If you have an online account

  • Easily check your account balances by signing in at https://www.redpocket.com/my-lines.
  • Then, click on the line you'd like to review. Click View Details/Pay to see available minutes, messages and data.

You can also text Bal or Balance to 7039, on GSMT devices and text Bal or Balance to 3888 on GSMA devices, to see how much data (MBs) are left.
