If you aren't getting an internet connection
If you're not getting an internet connection, you’ll need to manually configure your smartwatch’s APN settings. These settings facilitate the data connection between Red Pocket Mobile and your TickTalk watch.
First, connect to WiFi
First connect your smartwatch to WiFi. This will make the configuration steps go more smoothly. If you would like to see an example, TickTalk uploaded some very helpful videos on their YouTube channel. This one shows you how to connect your watch to your home WiFi network: https://youtu.be/57FUdUZb4Vo.
Step 1: Tap on your watch’s Settings application.
Step 2: Scroll down until you see WiFi.
Step 3: Look for your home WiFi’s network name. This information is usually found on the back of your WiFi router.
Step 4: Tap on your home WiFi’s network name and then type in your WiFi password. Again, this information is usually found on the back of the WiFi router.
Step 5: Tap connect to connect your smartwatch to WiFi. Your WiFi connection will be saved on your smartwatch automatically. You will reconnect to this WiFi network automatically, anytime you are within range of the WiFi router.
Configure APN (access point name) settings
Now that you’ve connected to a WiFi network, it’s time to configure APN settings.
Step 1: Tap on the smartwatches’ Settings application once again
Step 2: Tap on Cellular
Step 3: Tap on APN
Step 4: Create a new APN setting and enter the following information:
