Please note: Protection plans are available in all states, including the US Virgin Islands. However, they are not available in Puerto Rico.
How do I sign up?
Make sure to sign up for phone protection within 60 days of your iPhone purchase. Your account must be active, and your Device ID attached to your account. To see your Device ID login at redpocket.com/my-lines.
Then, click on “Get/Manage Add-Ons".
Next, click on the “Other Add-Ons” category. Select the phone protection plan you’d like to enroll in.
Not seeing your Device ID?
Make sure to complete the setup process which includes, activating your SIM card by going to redpocket.com/activate, inserting your SIM card into your phone and configuring your APN internet settings. Our Getting Started article here will assist you with these steps.
How do I file a service request?
Service requests should be filed within 60 days of the device damage occurring. Please visit https://www.brightstarprotect.com/redpocket to file.
