Contact support to cancel your phone line
To close your phone line, you will need to get in touch with a Red Pocket Mobile customer support representative. Please visit redpocket.com/contact to see how to get in touch with us. Representatives are available by phone, email, and chat, from 5 AM to 9 PM PST, Monday through Sunday.
Once your account is canceled, plan credits, referral credit, roll-over credit, and service plan discounts will be forfeited. Please use any account credits or discounts prior to disconnecting your service.
Note! Inside your Red Pocket Mobile account, you may see a "Cancel Subscription" button. This button will turn automatic payments off for the phone line, but it will not close the account. Please contact a support representative to close your account.
