How to Set Up Call Forwarding on RedPocket Mobile

Call forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls to another phone number, ensuring you never miss important calls, even when you're away from your primary device. 

 

Do this first
  • Check Compatibility: Ensure your device supports call forwarding through your RedPocket network.
  • Manage Expectations: Remember that while call forwarding is active, calls will not ring on your primary phone if they are being redirected.
  • Customer Support: If you encounter any issues or have questions about setting up or disabling call forwarding, contact Red Pocket Mobile’s customer service for assistance.

This feature is compatible with both feature phones and modern smartphones. Call forwarding instructions vary by network.

Enable Call Forwarding

On GSMA

Dial *21*, followed by the 10-digit phone number you want to forward your calls to, then #. For example, dial *21*3235555555#. Wait for a confirmation tone or message before disconnecting.

On GSMT

Dial *72, followed by the mobile number you want to forward your calls to. For example, dial *723235555555. Wait for a confirmation tone or message before disconnecting.

On CDMA:

Dial *72, followed by the 10-digit number to which you want to forward your calls. For example, dial *723234567890. Listen for a series of beeps or a confirmation message before the call ends automatically.

 

How to Disable Call Forwarding

On GSMA:

Dial #21# and wait for a confirmation tone or message indicating that call forwarding has been turned off.

On GSMT:

Dial *73. Wait for a confirmation tone or message indicating that call forwarding has been deactivated.

On CDMA: 

Dial *73. Wait for a confirmation tone or message indicating that call forwarding has been deactivated.
