Are all RedPocket Mobile customers able to use an eSIM on iPhone?

New RedPocket Mobile customers can use eSIM on iPhone, as long as:

• You own or purchase an iPhone that supports eSIM. Click here for a list of compatible phones. 
• You purchase a new RedPocket Mobile eSIM from redpocket.com/plans, redpocket.com/annual, or you've selected a plan to bundle with your iPhone order. 

Existing RedPocket Mobile customers can use eSIM on iPhone, as long as: 

• You own or purchase an iPhone that supports eSIM. Click here for a list of compatible phones. 
• You purchase an eSIM to replace your current SIM, from the Summary page in your account. Read our help center article for more information on how to transfer to a new eSIM. 

Please note that customers who are currently using eSIM will still need to complete an eSIM swap on their account if switching from one device to another.
