Manually configure your NeoFlip phone's APN network settings

To set up your new Neo Flip phone, first, insert your SIM card into the phone and then place a phone call to a non-VoIP number. Your phone should receive a connection within 15 minutes.

If you inserted your SIM card into your phone, waited 15 minutes, and placed a call to a non-VoIP phone number, but you still do not have a connection, manually configure your NeoFlip phone's APN network settings.

Have you just completed the online SIM card activation process?
After activating, turn the phone off and then turn the phone back on. When your phone comes on, wait 10 seconds for the text messages from RedPocket welcoming you to the service, and the popup that lets you know your SIM card update was complete.

Complete the following steps:

Step 1: Tap on Menu on the screen of your phone.

Step 2: Next, tap on Settings.

Step 3: Within settings, tap on Connections.
