Manually configure your NeoFlip phone's APN network settings
To set up your new Neo Flip phone, insert your SIM card into the device. Your phone should connect to the network within 15 minutes. Once inserted, place a call to a non-VoIP phone number to complete activation.
If you’ve inserted the SIM card, waited 15 minutes, and placed a call to a non-VoIP number but still do not have a connection, you may need to manually configure the Neo Flip phone’s APN network settings.
Before manually configuring APN settings:
-
Power your phone off and then back on.
-
Check your account status to confirm it shows Active. Login at redpocket.com/my-lines.
Note: If the status displays Needs Initial Refill, allow a few minutes for it to update to Active before continuing.
