Can I change my billing cycle renewal date?
Your payment due date is determined by the day your line is activated. For example, if you activate a monthly plan, your billing cycle will renew 30 days from your activation date and will continue to renew every 30 days for as long as you maintain the plan.
Please note that using the CoverageGenius feature to switch networks will update your billing cycle renewal date to the day the network change is completed.
If your line enters an Airtime Expired status due to a billing problem, submitting a payment to restore your line to an Active status may also reset your billing cycle date.
