Can I change my billing cycle renewal date?
The date your payment is due is based on the date your line was activated. For example, if you've activated a monthly plan, your billing cycle renewal date will be 30 days from the date you activate your line, and then every 30 days after that for as long you keep your plan. This date cannot be set or changed manually.
Note that using our CoverageGeniusSM feature to switch your network will change your billing cycle date based on the date the network swap is made.
If your line enters the Airtime Expired status due to an interruption in billing, submitting payment to update your account status back to Active may reset your billing cycle date as well.
