What is a confirmation code?
Confirmation codes are used to manage and activate your service plan or SIM card with RedPocket. They have important account details. You'll get a confirmation code after you purchase a service plan from redpocket.com. Enter your confirmation code at redpocket.com/activate to activate your new plan.
Your confirmation code is unique and contains important plan information. Don't share it with anyone!
RedPocket will generate your confirmation code, and you'll use it on the RedPocket website. It is not the same as your activation PIN, which is used to activate an eBay Annual Plan. It is not the same as your phone number transfer PIN, which is used to transfer your number from one wireless carrier to another.
When will I receive a confirmation code? When will I receive an order number?
- You'll get a confirmation code after your order ships. This is true for monthly, annual, and family plan purchases.
- You'll get an order number after you purchase a phone with a calling plan from redpocket.com/shop. A confirmation code will be generated for your service plan once your order ships.
- You'll get a confirmation code after purchasing a plan and validating your SIM on redpocket.com/activate.
You won't receive a confirmation code for the following orders:
- Device purchases without plan purchases. If you buy an iPhone or Android using the "Buy Now Unlocked" button, you won't get a confirmation code.
- Accessory purchases. You won't get a confirmation code when you buy things like Apple AirPods.
- eBay plan purchases. For eBay purchases, you'll receive an activation PIN.
How do I find my confirmation code?
Your confirmation code will be displayed on the order confirmation page that appears after you place your order. You'll also get your confirmation code by email after your order is shipped.
What does my confirmation code do?
Your confirmation code is used to activate your new RedPocket plan. Enter your confirmation code at redpocket.com/activate.
