Can I use a different billing and shipping address?

To place an order on redpocket.com, your billing and shipping addresses must be the same. For your security, RedPocket will only ship orders to the billing address linked to your payment method.

To update your address on file with RedPocket:

  1. Visit redpocket.com/user/manage-profile.

  2. Click Edit My Profile.

  3. Verify your account using the 2FA confirmation PIN.

If you need to change the address associated with your bank or credit card, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.

Important: RedPocket Mobile support will never ask for your 2FA PIN. Only enter this code on RedPocket’s website when updating your account. If you receive a call or text requesting this code, contact us immediately at redpocket.com/contact-us.
