RedPocket Mobile offers visual voicemail for free on all devices, across all networks.
Visual Voicemail is automatically added to your account. To access it, open your phone’s dialer (calling application) and look for the voicemail tab or icon, usually located on the far right side of the screen.
If your account is suspended due to non-payment, you will need to resolve the outstanding billing issue first.
Older accounts might need updating

Important: When you switch from standard voicemail to Visual Voicemail, your existing voicemail messages may be deleted. Please download any messages you want to keep before enabling Visual Voicemail.
