Does Red Pocket Mobile offer Visual Voicemail services?

Red Pocket Mobile offers visual voicemail (VVM) on our GSMA, GSMT, and CDMA networks.

GSMA - iPhone

This feature is automatically added to your account. Visual voicemail can be accessed on your phone by tapping on the dialer (calling application). Inside of the calling application, there is a section (to the far right) that is specifically for voicemail.  

GSMA - Android phone

You'll need to add Visual Voicemail capabilities to your account, please complete the following steps:

1. Visit redpocket.com/refill, and login.

2. Click on your line.

3. Click Get/Manage Add-Ons.

5. Select the Visual Voicemail Add-On and complete payment.

Please Note: This is a recurring payment. You can manage your Add-Ons at any time by going to redpocket.com/refill.  

Now, reset your device. Turn your phone off, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Visual voicemail can be accessed on your phone by tapping on the dialer (calling application). There is usually a separate section within this app, specifically for voicemail messages.  

Note: If your account is suspended due to non-pay, you will need to resolve the outstanding billing issue first. 

GSMT - iPhone

This feature is automatically added to your account. Visual voicemail can be accessed on your phone by tapping on the dialer (calling application). Inside of the calling application, there is a section (to the far right) that is specifically for voicemail.

Please Note! If you are an existing GSMT customer, and you would like to receive Visual Voicemail services, please contact our customer support team to have your account updated. After updating, you may lose all of your old voicemail records! Please make sure to download and save any voicemail records you want to keep before upgrading to the new Visual Voicemail functionality.
