Does RedPocket Mobile offer Visual Voicemail services?
RedPocket Mobile provides Visual Voicemail at no additional cost on all networks and supported devices. Visual Voicemail is automatically added to your account. To access it:

Open your phone’s dialer (calling app).

Select the Voicemail tab or icon, typically located on the far right of the screen.

Listen to, delete, or manage your voicemails.
If your account is suspended due to non-payment, you’ll need to resolve the outstanding balance before Visual Voicemail can be accessed.
Older accounts might need updating
Some older accounts may require an update. If you’re experiencing issues accessing Visual Voicemail, please contact our customer support team for assistance with updating your account.
This is important! When you switch from standard voicemail to Visual Voicemail, your existing voicemail messages may be deleted. Please download any messages you want to keep before enabling Visual Voicemail.
Locked out of the voicemail account
If you’re locked out of your voicemail account, our customer support team can help reset your password. We are available Monday through Sunday, from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST, at 1-712-775-8777.
