I already have a GSMA line, can I take advantage of this offer?

Yes! When you select a phone from redpocket.com/shop, choose "Just The Phone" instead of a calling plan. The phone is locked to the Red Pocket Mobile GSMA network for 12 months. 

Do you have an existing account with a physical SIM?

Complete the following steps to use your new phone with your existing GSMA line. 

Step 1: Insert your existing GSMA SIM card into your new phone.

Step 2: Complete setup steps. Visit redpocket.com/configure if you need help with this step. 

Step 3: Contact us by phone, chat, or email at redpocket.com/contact-us and tell us your new phone’s IMEI number. A Red Pocket Mobile customer service representative will update your account with your new phone’s serial number. 

This step is important, so don't skip it! The serial number on your account must match the phone that you’re using with your SIM card, to ensure your device is fully functional. This step takes just seconds for a customer service representative to complete! 

Do you have an existing account with an eSIM?

Complete the following steps to use your new phone with your existing GSMA line. 

Step 1: Contact us by phone, chat, or email at redpocket.com/contact-us and tell us your new phone’s IMEI number. 

Step 2: A Red Pocket Mobile customer service representative will provide you with a new eSIM and update your account with your new phone’s serial number. 

Step 3: Complete the eSIM setup steps once again. Visit redpocket.com/configure if you need help with this step.
