How can I change my payment method?

Payment can be deducted automatically or submitted manually. Change your payment method and manage auto-pay settings at any time.

How are payments made for service?

Your line is automatically enrolled in auto-pay upon activation. You can switch auto-pay on or off at any time. With auto-pay, payments are automatically made 2 days before your line's renewal date. Log in at redpocket.com/my-lines to see when you can expect a charge. 

You can also submit your payment manually using the payment method of your choice.

If auto-pay is off and your miss your payment date, your line will enter into "Airtime Expired" status. Your service will be suspended until a payment is submitted. Click here to learn more about how to submit a payment. 

All lines on your account use the same payment method. You cannot have different payment methods for different lines on the same account. If you need to have a separate payment method for a line on your account, you'll need to create a new account and transfer that number to it.

You can use a saved payment method or a new payment method for purchases made at redpocket.com, including new devices. 

What payment methods does RedPocket Mobile accept?

RedPocket Mobile accepts Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard, and American Express. 

You can also purchase refill PINs to pay for your service plan. Refill PINs can be found in select retail stores (like Walmart) and online retailers (like eBay). Once a refill PIN has been purchased, log into your online account at redpocket.com/my-lines, click on your line, and scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the refill PIN field. Enter your PIN code to renew your service plan. 

How to change your payment method

If auto-pay is disabled, your payments must be submitted manually. You can submit a payment using the payment method of your choice each month.

If auto-pay is enabled, the payment method that you used to order your SIM card will be the default payment method used to refill your account. To change the default payment method, log into your online account at redpocket.com/my-lines, click on your line, and then click on the Payment Method section. 

Use the "Change Payment Method" button to update your default payment method. 

How to turn auto-pay off

To turn auto-pay off, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. This button will cancel the recurring subscription and force your account into a suspended status when your billing cycle ends. You'll have to submit payment manually to continue service.
