How can I change my payment method?

Payment can be deducted automatically, with auto-pay, or submitted manually at the end of your billing cycle. Change your payment method and manage auto-pay settings at any time.

How are payments processed?

Your line is enrolled in auto-pay automatically after activation. You can disable and enable auto-pay at any time. With auto-pay, payments are processed automatically, 2 days before your line's renewal date. Log in at to see when you can expect a charge.

Without auto-pay, your line will enter into an "Airtime Expired" status, and your service will be suspended, until a payment is submitted. Click here to learn more about how to submit a payment.
