How can I check my account balances?
Online
- Sign in at redpocket.com/my-lines.
- Click on your line from the drop-down menu.
- After the page loads, you’ll see your current balance details for that line, including remaining minutes, text messages, high-speed local data, and hotspot data*.
By text
You can also check your balance by texting Balance to the number below, based on your network:
- On GSMA, text Bal or Balance to 3888.
- On GSMT, if you've activated prior to November 2025, text Bal or Balance to 7069. If you've activated after November 2025, text Bal or Balance to 1119.
The reply you receive will include remaining minutes, text messages, high-speed local data, and hotspot data (for eligible plans).
*Hotspot data is available only on GSMA Premium and legacy Elite plans.
