# How do I reset my online account password?

##### **Resetting your password when you can't log in**

We all forget account passwords sometimes, so we make it easy for you to regain access to your account quickly and securely. At [redpocket.com/my-lines](http://redpocket.com/my-lines):

1. Enter your username or email address.
2. Click **Continue**. 
3. When the Password field appears, click *Need help with your password?*
4. Follow the steps for password recovery.

Your password reset link will be sent to you by email. If you don't see the email, check your Spam folder or open the *[redpocket.com/my-lines](http://redpocket.com/my-lines)* page in a private browser window and try the process again. ##### **Resetting your password when you can log in**

If you simply want to change your account password and have no problems logging in, visit [redpocket.com/user/manage-profile](https://www.redpocket.com/user/manage-profile), or complete these steps:

1. Log in at [redpocket.com/my-lines](http://redpocket.com/my-lines).
2. Click **My** **Profile** **\> Profile Details**.
3. Click on **Change Password** from the menu to the right of the page and enter a new password. You will be logged out of your account.
