When you can't log in
We all forget account passwords sometimes, so we make it easy for you to regain access to your account, quickly and securely. At redpocket.com/login click on the small "Need help signing in?" link and follow the steps for password recovery.
Your password reset link will be sent to you by email. If you don't see the email, check your Spam folder or open the redpocket.com/login page in a private browser window and try the process again.
Resetting your password when you can log in
If you simply want to change your account password and have no problems logging in, visit redpocket.com/user/manage-profile. Click on the "Change Password" link from the menu at the top of the page and enter the new password details. You'll be logged out of your account.
