How do I reset my online account password?
Resetting your password when you can't log in
We all forget account passwords sometimes, so we make it easy for you to regain access to your account quickly and securely. At redpocket.com/my-lines:

Enter your username or email address.

Click Continue.

When the Password field appears, click Need help with your password?
- Follow the steps for password recovery.
Your password reset link will be sent to you by email. If you don't see the email, check your Spam folder or open the redpocket.com/my-lines page in a private browser window and try the process again. Contact us if you need further assistance!
Resetting your password when you can log in
If you simply want to change your account password and have no problems logging in, visit redpocket.com/user/manage-profile, or complete these steps:
- Log in at redpocket.com/my-lines.
- Click My Profile > Profile Details.

Click on Change Password from the menu to the right of the page and enter a new password. You will be logged out of your account.
