How to cancel an order

RedPocket makes it easy to cancel or return an order within 7 days. If your order has already shipped, contact us to start the return process. Visit redpocket.com/return-policy to learn more about the return policy.

If your order has not yet shipped, a RedPocket mobile representative can attempt to cancel the order, however, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to stop it from processing.

If your order is processed and shipped, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our return policy.
