How to cancel an order

Red Pocket Mobile makes it easy to place an order, cancel an order, or return a product within 7 days. If your order has already shipped, please visit redpocket.com/return to begin the return process. Simply fill out the form.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact RedPocket Mobile customer service by phone, email, or chat to request a cancellation. Representatives are available from Monday through Sunday, 5 AM to 9 PM PST. Visit redpocket.com/contact-us. 

Please Note: We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled, however if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we will do our best to stop the order from processing. If your order is processed and shipped, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product to us for a refund, as outlined in our return policy.
