How will I know if my phone number has finished porting over to RedPocket Mobile?
RedPocket Mobile will send you an email once your number transfer (also called porting) is complete.
You can also check the status anytime by logging into your account at redpocket.com/my-lines. If your account status shows Active, your transfer is complete and you’re all set!

Wait to set up your phone: Don’t follow any programming or setup steps until your number transfer is finished. Until then, talk, text, and data will only work on your old provider’s SIM card and settings.

Port-in Resolution Required: If your account status shows this, the port was denied by your previous carrier due to incorrect information. To resolve it quickly, contact your previous carrier to verify the correct details, then reach out to RedPocket Support via live chat, phone, or email (support@redpocket.com) to update your port request.

Pending Transfers: If your port is pending for more than 24 hours, contact your previous carrier to confirm the port request.
