If I let my account lapse, how soon do I need to make payment in order to keep my phone number?
If your account lapses because you used all your airtime before your billing cycle finished, you have 30 days from the day your airtime expired to refill your account.
If your service ended for any other reason, you have 30 days from your end date to renew your line.
If you don't refill or renew your line by the end of your 30-day period, you will lose your phone number.
