How much time do I have to keep my phone number if my account lapses?
If your account lapses because your airtime ran out, you have 30 days from the date your airtime expired to refill your account. If your service ended for any other reason, you have 30 days from your service end date to renew your line.
If you do not refill or renew within this 30-day period, your phone number would be permanently lost
