Enable roaming on RedPocket Mobile for Android and iOS

International roaming is included with RedPocket Mobile GSMA plans. Roaming is not available on CDMA and GSMT plans at this time. 

The Essentials, Plus, and Premium plans include roaming in over 60 countries, with each plan offering a set amount of roaming minutes, text messages, and data. If you need access to additional countries or more roaming minutes, texts, or data, you can add roaming credit to your line.

First, enable roaming to your destination on your account then enable roaming on your device.

Steps on iPhone

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap Cellular.

  3. Tap Cellular Data Options.

  4. Enable Data Roaming.

Steps on Android

Wording varies depending on your manufacturer (for example: Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, etc.)

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap Connections.

  3. Tap Mobile Networks.
