What is Lock-In Low™?
Lock-In Low™ is our promise to you that the base price you get when you sign up with us is the price you keep. We're not going to change the price of your plan once you've signed up with us.
If you switch to RedPocket at an introductory rate, the renewal rate will be clearly stated before you check out. Each renewal will be at the renewal rate, which will never go up.
So nothing about my price will ever change?
The base price of your plan will never go up. Associated taxes and regulatory fees that the federal or state government charge you may change. Those taxes and fees are out of our control, and we can't make any promises or guarantees about those.
The benefits of Lock-In Low™ pricing
Our Lock-In Low™ pricing promise means that you'll never be surprised by a change in your wireless bill. Whether you're with us for six months, a year, or a lifetime, your rate won't go up. With RedPocket, your price is yours for life.
What happens if RedPocket stops offering the plan I'm on?
Don't worry! If we decide to stop selling the plan you're on to new customers, that doesn't change things for you. You'll be able to keep your plan and your price for as long as you want to stay on it.
If you decide at a later point to switch to one of our newer offerings, though, you will not be able to switch back to your old plan. You can keep it as long as you want, but that option will go away if you switch to something else.
What happens if RedPocket changes the plan I'm on?
In most cases, nothing will happen! Most of the time, if we change your plan's details, your plan won't change at all. You can opt into the new plan by switching to it in your account, but you don't have to if you don't want to.
In certain specific cases, we may need to change details of the plan you're on without making an allowance for you to stay on the old plan. If this happens, we will clearly communicate the changes to you before they go into effect. These changes will never be about the price of the plan; they may be things like included features or add-on options.
If I leave RedPocket and come back, will I be able to get my old price back too?
Sorry, no. If you have a RedPocket plan and switch to another carrier, switching back to RedPocket means you'll have to choose from the plans we're currently offering. But don't worry: we're committed to offering low-cost, high-quality cell phone service for everyone, so we're sure you'll love one of our new plans, too!
