Red Pocket Mobile has a new rebate program

How does a rebate work?

Red Pocket Mobile rebates are available for qualifying purchases. After months of consecutive service on a qualifying plan, with Auto-pay consistently enabled, you're eligible for your rebate. The length of time service must remain active, and the eligible plan(s) can vary depending on the rebate offer.  

A Rebate Code is generated for qualifying orders and will be sent to you up to 10 business days after your final qualifying month of service. For example, if your rebate offer calls for 3 months of consecutive service, you will receive your rebate code, which can be used to process your refund, between 90 - 100 days from the date of your order. 

Enter your rebate code on the Rebate Program page within your account. Login to redpocket.com/my-lines and click on the Rebate Program tab. Enter your rebate code to request and process your refund.

What is the difference between rebates and plan credits?

Red Pocket Mobile offered plan credits with many new iPhone and Android phone purchases. With plan credits, you receive a discount on your service plan, every month, for a set period of time. With rebates, you receive a one-time refund after qualifying events are met. 

 

What if I disabled auto-pay but kept consistent monthly payments manually?

Unfortunately, due to system requirements, you must keep Auto-pay enabled consistently to qualify for a rebate. If auto-pay is interrupted your rebate may be forfeited.

New line activations are automatically enrolled in auto-pay. You can enable auto-pay manually for existing lines.

There was a service interruption but I resolved it, will I still get my rebate?

Unfortunately, due to system requirements, you must keep Auto-pay enabled consistently to qualify for a rebate. If auto-pay is interrupted your rebate may be forfeited.

What happens if I keep my line active and enrolled in auto-pay but I change my plan? 

You may change your plan, as long as you change to one of the rebate-eligible plans included in the original offer. If you change to an ineligible plan, you may forfeit your rebate. 

 

Can I take advantage of rebates as a new / existing customer?

Each offer will indicate if new and/or existing customers are eligible for the rebate. 

Please note that consecutive months of service required to qualify, begin the day you receive your new phone. Previous months of service cannot be applied toward your rebate eligibility. 

 

How is the rebate provided?

Rebates are processed as a partial device refund. You'll receive your refund back to the payment method that was used to purchase your device. If the credit card or debit card used to purchase your device is no longer available please contact Red Pocket Mobile customer service before requesting your refund online, using the rebate code. What about my order that was leased using SmartPay?

Red Pocket Mobile device rebates still apply to iPhone orders leased with SmartPay, however additional processing time may occur. Once you qualify for a rebate and request a refund, Red Pocket Mobile will contact SmartPay Leasing Services to adjust your remaining lease payments and/or lease term length based on your rebate amount. When will the rebate arrive?

Rebates are processed upon your request. Request your refund by entering your rebate code on the Rebate Program website. Refunds can only be requested when all qualifying events have been met.

Once processed, refunds can take 1 to 2 weeks to receive. Refunds are processed digitally, to the credit or debit card used to purchase your device. If the credit or debit card used to purchase your iPhone device is no longer available, Red Pocket Mobile can issue a refund another way. Contact customer service for assistance. Does my rebate expire?

Yes. Your rebate expires 6 months from the date you qualify for a refund. Qualifying events must occur, and you must request your rebate refund, before expiration. 

 

Can I receive more than one rebate?
