Red Pocket Mobile has a new rebate program

How does the rebate work?

Red Pocket Mobile rebates are available for qualifying purchases once the criteria for the rebate has been met. This includes but is not limited to months of consecutive service on a qualifying plan, with Auto-pay consistently enabled.  The length of time service must remain active, and the eligible plan(s) can vary depending on the rebate offer.  

A Rebate Code is generated for qualifying orders and will be sent to you up to 10 business days after your final qualifying month of service. For example, if your rebate offer calls for 3 months of consecutive service, you will receive your rebate code, which can be used to process your rebate, between 90 - 100 days from the date of your order. 

Rebates are provided in the form of a Visa Gift Card. You may request delivery for your Visa gift card using your rebate code. Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from the date of the request. Visa gift cards do expire after 6 months. Visa Gift Cards are subject to Visa terms and conditions. 

Enter your rebate code on the Rebate Program page within your account. Login to redpocket.com/my-lines and click on the Rebate Program tab. Enter your rebate code to request and process your rebate.

Codes are single-use only and cannot be regenerated or replaced. If an iPhone purchased on a rebate promotion is unlocked for any reason, the order will be disqualified from the $200 or otherwise advertised rebate amount. Note: Per previous rebate policy, qualifying rebate offer orders made between July 1st and August 17th, 2022, 1:55 PM PST, can request a refund of the advertised promotional rebate amount in lieu of  a Visa Gift Card. Rebate orders after August 17th, 2022, 1:55 PM PST, will receive a Visa Gift Card rebate only. 

What is the difference between rebates and plan credits?

Red Pocket Mobile offers plan credits with many new iPhone and Android purchases. With plan credits, you receive a discount on your service plan, every month, for a set period of time. 

With rebates you receive a one-time credit in the form of a Visa Gift Card after all qualifying criteria is met. 

 

What if I disabled auto-pay but kept consistent monthly payments manually?

Unfortunately, due to system requirements, you must keep Auto-pay enabled consistently to qualify for a rebate. If auto-pay is interrupted your rebate may be forfeited.

New line activations are automatically enrolled in auto-pay. You can enable auto-pay manually for existing lines.

There was a service interruption but I resolved it, will I still get my rebate?

Unfortunately, due to system requirements, you must keep Auto-pay enabled consistently to qualify for a rebate. If auto-pay is interrupted your rebate may be forfeited.

What happens if I keep my line active and enrolled in auto-pay but I change my plan? 

You may change your plan, as long as you change to one of the rebate-eligible plans included in the original offer. If you change to an ineligible plan, you may forfeit your rebate. 

 

Can I take advantage of rebates as a new / existing customer?

Each offer will indicate if new and/or existing customers are eligible for the rebate. 

Please note that consecutive months of service required to qualify, begin the day you receive your new phone. Previous months of service cannot be applied toward your rebate eligibility. 

 

How is the rebate provided?

What about my order that was leased using SmartPay?

Red Pocket Mobile allows for offer rebates on orders using SmartPay payment method.

Note: Per previous rebate policy, Red Pocket Mobile will provide a refund or Visa Gift Card to qualifying rebate offer orders made between July 2nd, 2022 and August 17th, 2022 1:55 PM PST. Additional processing time may occur. Contact customer service for questions about SmartPay leasing and rebate terms. Visit redpocket.com/contact-us. Orders placed after August 17th, 2022 1:55 PM PST using the SmartPay Payment method will still qualify for a rebate, in the form of a Visa Gift Card only. 

 

When will the rebate arrive?

Rebates are processed upon your request. Request your rebate credit by entering your rebate code on the Rebate Program page within your account. Visa Gift Cards can only be processed when all qualifying events have been met.

Once processed Visa Gift Cards can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Cards are mailed to the physical address used to purchase and deliver your device. If your address has changed contact us at redpocket.com/contact-us. 

 

Does my rebate expire?

Yes. Your rebate expires 6 months from the date you qualify for a Visa Gift Card. Qualifying events must occur, and you must request your rebate credit, before expiration. 

 

Can I receive more than one rebate?
